PlantScanner.ai is designed to work without accounts, sign-ups, or personal profiles. This page explains, in plain language, what data the site touches and what happens to it.

Photos you upload

When you use the plant scanner, plant doctor, or light analyzer, your photo is sent to our servers and passed to an AI service to generate the identification, diagnosis, or analysis you requested. Photos are used only to produce your result. We do not build a gallery of your images, use them for advertising, or sell them.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage -- which pages are visited and how the site performs. It is a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool that does not track you across other websites or build a personal profile of you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or location to use any feature of the site.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel, and AI features are powered by third-party AI model providers that process the images you submit. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the feature you used, subject to their own security and privacy commitments.
